This weekend is for all ages, with time for play, learning, silly games, good food and good conversation.

This weekend truly is intended for everyone in our church. Funds have been generously made available to make it possible for all to come. Please consider joining us, even if just for Saturday!

• The cost is $309.75/person. This includes two nights of accommodation (bunk style cabins and cottages are available), round trip transportation from Horseshoe Bay, and all meals and snacks. Cost includes GST.

• Children 6-10 will cost up to $155.40/person. (For children ages 6-10, Cap will cover up to 100% of this cost. If caregivers are able to contribute to cover some or all of this cost, that money will go toward helping other families.) Cost includes GST.

• Children 5 and under are free.

If you wish to join the retreat but have alternative accommodations or only plan to visit just for the day (Saturday), there is a slightly reduced registration rate available. Please register via the form to confirm these details.

Cluster cabins sleep 12-14 people or pilot cabins have privacy doors which divide up to sleep 6 people. Exact details of cabin assignments will be shared closer to the date.

Optional activities include hiking, field games, and other planned group activities. We’ll also have times of worship, teaching, crafts, a theme dinner and a variety show!

We will make sure there is plenty of down time for those who want it as well. We anticipate a restful and fun-filled weekend for everyone and can’t wait to be together! More details coming soon.
